Golden Dreams 50/50 Raffle in support of Childhood Cancer Canada

1. Tickets will be sold
      a. beginning February, 10, 2025 at 9:00 AM ET
      b. ending April 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET

2. The winning number for the Grand Prize will be drawn on Wednesday, April 30 at 2:00 PM ET

3. All Tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.

4. All tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system provided by Raffle Nexus Canada Inc.

5. Must be in the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

6. Tickets are:
      a. 3-Ticket Pack for $10;
      10-Ticket Pack for $25;
      50-Ticket Pack for $50;
      150-Ticket Pack for $100

7. Tickets will be available online at www.childhoodcancer.rafflenexus.com

8. After purchasing tickets, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mail with their registered 50/50 ticket numbers. These numbers will be from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given. All numbers are drawn at random.

9. The winning ticket(s) number will be selected using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

10. The cash amount of the 50/50 raffle will be available to see at any time during the raffle period at www.childhoodcancer.rafflenexus.com

11. The winner will be announced online at www.childhoodcancer.rafflenexus.com. The winner will also be contacted by a Childhood Cancer Canada Foundation representative using the contact information provided at the point of purchase.

12. The winner may claim their prize by contacting Childhood Cancer Canada Foundation at 416-489-6440 or by e-mail at lottery@childhoodcancer.ca. The winner will be paid by cheque for the amount posted on www.childhoodcancer.rafflenexus.com. Winners must present the original ticket and no copies.

13. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the draw date listed on www.childhoodcancer.rafflenexus.com.

14. The winner must provide their name, address, and phone number with picture identification for reporting.

15. Once the certified winner is verified and provides identification, they will be provided a cheque for the declared prize wish is at minimum 50% of the total sales of the draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, the prize will be held until photo ID can be provided.

16. In the event no winner comes forward and contact cannot be made, the winning ticket number will be held for 6 months. After that time period has passed, in accordance with the AGCO Lottery and Gaming 5.17.1 the prize will be used towards the mission programs operated by Childhood Cancer Canada with AGCO approval.

17. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 raffle: Childhood Cancer Canada Staff and Board Members. This includes purchasing tickets for others.

18. In order to purchase a ticket in the raffle, you must supply us with personal information including Name, home address, date of birth, payment card details and e-mail address. These details may be shared with Raffle Nexus Canada Inc. (Raffle Nexus) in order to process your request to purchase a raffle ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to us sharing this information with Raffle Nexus.

Cause

Childhood Cancer Canada is a Canadian charity entirely dedicated to helping children with cancer. We do this by raising awareness, investing in critical pediatric oncology research and clinical trials, and providing support to families throughout their journey.
